Recluse's Victory
The forces of good and evil will collide in a recursive future as they battle over Recluse’s Victory. Each victory or defeat will bring that reality one step closer to “true time.” It is up to the heroes of Paragon City to defeat Lord Recluse time and time again; making that future evermore real until it finally takes hold and denies all other conclusions. Meanwhile, the villains strive to litter Atlas Park with the broken bodies of their hated foes and secure tomorrow for themselves.

Arise Arachnos, Victory Awaits!
“My children of destiny, rise to the challenge I now set before you! The fate of Arachnos lies in your hands!
For decades, under the very nose of Statesman I have worked toward my ultimate plan. With captured D.A.T.A. and Portal Corps scientists, I have finally created the key to our ultimate victory – a Destiny Portal. After years of experimentation, I have determined that there exist alternate time streams where we have gained a foothold in Atlas Park. With my Destiny Portal, we can now manipulate these alternate timelines and place temporal anchors to lock down this version of the future.
If we can control this alternate Atlas Park, we will create a butterfly effect reverberating throughout the time continuum, bringing about the final defeat of Statesman and his lackeys! The only blockade to our complete victory is the weakness of the temporal anchors. In the delicate time stream, these anchors cannot stay locked down long enough to freeze the timeline for more than a few minutes. And so we must ensure that these anchors remain under our control!
On my orders, Arachnos technology specialists have placed Heavy Weapons Mobile Support Units in locations across the city to join us in this pivotal struggle. With a simple activation, you can claim these massive pets who will then follow your every command as you wade into battle against Statesman and the Freedom Phalanx!
This fight for the future of Arachnos, this battle around which our very destiny may turn, is so important that all of Arachnos shall unite. Black Scorpion, Ghost Widow, Scirocco, and Captain Mako will follow me into the war against the tyranny of Statesman and his narrow-minded ideals.
So I now call on you, my Destined Ones, to come to the great tower in Grandville and cross the threshold of tomorrow prepared to defeat the wretched Statesman and his mindless minions once and for all. Arise my chosen ones, our final victory awaits!”
